The Belle Plaine Laundromat Floor

Recently, the laundromat in Belle Plaine underwent some MAJOR renovations, not the least of which was a microtopping overlay installed and chemically stained by Countryside Concrete! The floor was really in awful shape when we started, cracked and uneven with a very poor finish. We took several days to level the floor, repair the cracks, and put down a thin overlay of cementitious material that would accept a chemical acid stain treatment. The final step was to seal everything with a durable, high-gloss polyurethane. Take a look at the pictures below to see the fantastic results we obtained!

  1. We are just opening a 4,000 sq.ft laundromat in Anderson Indiana and we wanting to know how the maintence is for the cement flooring. Where did you get your products to do this floor, it looks beautiful and just what we were wanting but some of our contractors have tried to discourage us saying with all the water, chemicals, wear that maintence would be 2-3 times a month Can you help me Thanks Patricia Frank
